1.As the competition venue for this tournament is located within a restricted area of the airport (an area accessible only to a limited number of people, such as passengers boarding planes and airport staff), the tournament secretariat and participants will strictly adhere to safety management and operating hours.
1.All participating runners will have their entry and exit managed using a "recording chip" embedded in their bib number, so please make sure to wear your bib number securely on your clothing and do not remove it during the event.
2.There is very important equipment for aircraft operation on the runway. Also, in order to minimize damage caused by small animals such as snakes, please be sure to drive near the center of the runway (staff will be present at regular intervals, so please be sure to follow their instructions).
3.In case of sudden illness or other unforeseen circumstances, AEDs, stretchers, wheelchairs, etc. will be prepared. If you experience any change in your physical condition, please notify a nearby tournament staff member immediately. A health checklist will be sent to you in advance, so please fill it out and be sure to bring it with you on the day of the event. When you check in, staff will check your health in writing and make a brief verbal confirmation.
4.Please be sure to observe the restrictions on movement within airport facilities, including the runway, and other restrictions that you confirmed when applying. If you do not comply, you will be denied participation in the event.
5.In order to comply with the above rules, you will be required to submit a pledge form (if you do not submit the pledge form, you will not be allowed to participate in the tournament).
6.★ Substitute participation prohibited ★ This course is a restricted access area, so entry is prohibited to anyone other than those who have registered to participate. Therefore, substitute participation is not permitted. If discovered, you may be punished according to the law.
7.Participation in costumes (cosplay) is not permitted (due to the risk of costumes falling onto the runway).
8.You are not allowed to ride while wearing earphones or accessories (necklaces, hairpins, earrings, bracelets, etc.).
9.Running barefoot is not permitted (due to the risk of injury).
Weather conditions on the day (cancellation conditions)
1.We handle personal information in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws and regulations, and will not use it for any other purposes than those listed below.
1.In the event of overpayment of entry fees, duplicate payments, cancellation of participation rights due to violation of the rules, or cancellation for personal reasons, no refunds will be given, and no rights will be carried over to future tournaments or preferential treatment will be given, regardless of the reason.
2.In the event of a request from the relevant authorities to cancel the event, cancellation due to a natural disaster such as an earthquake in Japan, or cancellation due to the issuance of a J-Alert, only the entry fee will be refunded. In the event of cancellation for any other reason, no refunds will be made.
Injuries caused by falls during the race, as well as heat stroke, hypothermia, acute heart disease, etc. will be covered by the personal injury insurance purchased by the organizers.
