(2) Wind Jacket (Rain Gear): The mountain top can be nearly 10℃ colder than the plains
(3) Gloves: For palm protection & warmth. Fingerless gloves are not allowed
(4) Course Map: A printed map or a smartphone app with imported GPS log
(5) My Cup: From the viewpoint of resource saving, paper cups will not be provided
(6) Mobile Phone: In case of emergency, please contact the headquarters phone number written on the bib
(7) Emergency Sheet (Aluminum Sheet): One that is 130cm x 200cm or larger

◆Please agree to the following application regulations to enter the competition.
(1) Changes, cancellations, and refunds of application contents cannot be made after entry.
(2) False declarations of age, gender, etc., and participation by anyone other than the applicant (proxy running) are not allowed. If found, you will be disqualified.
(3) The organizer is not responsible for any accidents or illnesses during the event, except for first aid. (Only compensation within the range of insurance joined by the organizer.)
(4) Please bring your health insurance card or a copy of your health insurance card in case of emergency.
(5) The organizer may instruct to stop the competition if it is judged that there is a hindrance to the continuation of the competition during the event.
(6) If the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, such as earthquakes and heavy rain, the participation fee will not be refunded in principle.
(7) Please obtain the consent of your family or guardian (in the case of minors) for participation in this event.
(8) The rights to use and post images, photos, names, genders, and records of event participants belong to the organizer. Please be aware that they may be used in newspapers, TV, magazines, internet, pamphlets, etc. *Please consent to drone shooting.

(9) As part of the course is in a national park, please consider other users and nature.
(10) As part of the course is in a pasture, please cooperate in livestock epidemic prevention measures such as foot-and-mouth disease.
(11) In addition to the above application regulations, please follow the rules set by the organizer and instructions for event operation.
・The organizer will handle the personal information of participants in compliance with the laws and regulations for the protection of personal information.
・Personal information will not be provided to third parties except in the following cases.
- When the person’s consent is obtained.
- When stipulated by law.
- When it is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain the person’s consent.
No cancellation (refund) or change of entry content can be made after the entry is completed. For those who purchased a T-shirt and did not pick it up on the day, it will be sent by cash on delivery at a later date.
(1) Injuries due to falls, etc., during the event, heat stroke, hypothermia, acute heart disease, etc., are covered by injury insurance joined by the organizer.
<Compensation amount>
・Death & Residual Disability: 2 million yen
・Hospitalization Daily Amount: 2,500 yen
・Outpatient Daily Amount: 1,500 yen
(2) Consultation due to pre-existing conditions and search and rescue costs in case of distress are not covered. As search and rescue costs can be high, we strongly recommend individual membership in mountain insurance for those who regularly trail run or climb mountains.
