  2. Do not collect, damage, or disturb plants, animals, fungi, rocks, or any natural objects anywhere on the course.
  3. Short-cutting the course is strictly prohibited as it damages vegetation.
  4. Do not litter under any circumstances.
  5. Toilets are available at aid stations. If absolutely necessary, please use a portable toilet and carry back any used paper.

Consideration for Other Users and Participants

  2. First aid stations with qualified medical staff are located at all Aid Stations, connected to Race HQ via radio and phone.
※Depending on conditions, medical or rescue assistance may take time to arrive.
※Any runner treated by medical staff must see a doctor after the race and report the diagnosis to the Race Office.
  3. Medical support runners (wearing red bibs) patrol the course and prioritize assistance to injured runners.
  4. If necessary, fire departments, police, or other agencies may be requested for rescue. Costs incurred will be charged to the rescued runner.
  5. Medical staff have the authority to stop a runner from continuing the race if deemed unsafe.
  6. Normally, the Race HQ decides on emergency calls (110/119). However, if communication is impossible, runners may directly call emergency services.

Withdrawal (Retirement)

  1. Runners may withdraw only at Aid Stations. Notify staff, and hand in the front bib with the timing tag.
Keep your second bib, as it is required to claim your finisher’s package.
  2. After withdrawal, a shuttle will transport you back to the finish area.
  3. Withdrawals at Water Stations or on the course are not allowed, except in emergencies. If able, proceed to the next Aid Station.
